So many of us know the frustration of the cycle of losing then gaining back weight, feeling low energy and maybe having preventable health issues blocking us from doing the things we love and want to be able to do in our lives.
Many of us have tried aaaaaallll the "diet" plans out there. Some even worked. For a while. But we felt like crap and within a short period of time we gained the weight back because we couldn't sustain the "diet" we were on. Or, our health and energy started to get affected by not eating enough or not eating the right kinds of healthy foods that give us the nutrients we need to really thrive. Sound familiar? It sure was to me too! And I also felt that sense of "failure" that came and went with each weight loss and re-gain.
But in the years since I became educated and certified in nutrition, weight loss specialization, fitness nutrition and fitness and health coaching, I have lived a very different kind of life.
Understanding nutrition and committing to the healthy whole foods, plant-based eating lifestyle changed my life and I've never looked back in 20 years. I have worked with hundreds of clients who have achieved great results too as I've coached them in learning how nutrition - in addition to fitness - affects so much of your well-being and life. And now I have developed this course to share with you what I KNOW works to let you live a life in your optimal health that you can sustain for the rest of your life.
This is a course based on science and research. I am a certified plant-based nutritionist and I continue to sift through the misinformation and evidence-based facts and research studies so you don't have to.
